Quillmaster

Why Quillmaster?

It all stems from my love of creative writing. I just happen to be an artist too, but more on that later. My creativity led to the allure of fantasy role playing games, to which I would often assume the role of "Dungeon Master". It is a title that often made me cringe... surely my creations were worthy of more!

To give you an idea the of the lengths I would go to, I created a mythical world that contained a complete mythology. There were uniquely named Gods and powers associated with them. Hundreds of unique items with their own history along with logical myth tied reasonings for their powers. Many fully fledged characters with their own agendas and loyalties owning such items, and various traditions that were customary to such folk. Into this cauldron of possibilities I offered an invitation to participate , and the Quillmaster was born.

In the meantime I've been a graphic artist for many a year, starting as a pet for a small studio in Covent Garden, then filtering through various advertising agencies, and later becoming responsible for maintaining a corporate identity in the global market.

I took a break to raise a son, then having realised I had to do it mostly alone led to me taking on all manner of things to get by.

I've been absent for a while and want get creative again for all manner of reasons, so watch this space.
